今季ハンティントンで行われた、１００００イベント／ヴァンズUSオープンで

日本人初快挙となる優勝を遂げたオオハラヒロトは、一気にランキングを上げたが、

その後が続かず、現在は３４位。

今季のクォリファイはなくなったが、来季に向けてのこの最終戦は重要だ。

Hiroto ranked up dramatically by his voctory in Vans US Open, 10000 Event but

couldn’t continue his move and now he’s in 34th place.

Can’t qualify for this season but the final competition will be important for him

for his next season.

Kaito Kino

現在QSランキングは１０５位のキノカイトだが、

先に行われたHIC PROでファイナリストとなり、

今季のトリプルクラウンに出場できるチャンスを得た。

サンセットはカイトの得意な波だけに期待したい。

Kaito Kino is currently in 105th place of QS Ranking but

he made it up to the Final on the HIC Pro so

gained his self a ticket for the Triple Crown.

Sunset’s wave is one of his favorite so let’s hope for it.

Kanoa Igarashi

現在QSランキング第７位のカノアイガラシはすでにクォリファイが決定し、

来季からはCT選手として、世界トップのサーファー／檜舞台で戦う姿を見れる事になった。

リージョンはUSAだが、紛れもなく１００％日本人血のサーファーが、

ついにCTサーファーになったことの意味は大きい。

Kano Igarashi is now in 7th place in QS Ranking and he’s now guaranteed for his qualify.

We could see him surfing and competing with the top surfer around the world

as a CT Surfer. His nationality is USA but his blood is absolutely Japanese so

it means a lot for us as well.

Connor O’Leary

QSランキングはジェレミーフローレスとタイの１１位につけているコナーオレアリー。

ハレイワでは４ラウンドまで勝ち上がり、このサンセットでの成績次第では

クォリファイする可能性もあるという。

昨年までは無名にも近い存在だったコナーだが、今や世界が注目するサーファーに成長した。

Conner O’Leary is now in 11th place in QS Ranking.

Won up to Round 4 at Haleiwa so he still has a possibility to qualify

by his next performance.

He was just a nameless surfer till last year but he’s now one surfer gaining a lot of attention.

Hiroto Arai

現在のQSランキングは９８位なので、ワールドカップにはゲットイン 出来ていない

アライヒロトだが、昨冬はしぶとく待ち続け、オートネで出場できただけに、

今季もオートネントのチャンスを見逃さないでもらいたい。

Hiroto Arai is now in 98th place so couldn’t make his self into the World Cup but

don’t miss your chance to get in from the waiting list.

いよいよ明日からヴァンズ／ワールドカップのウエイティングが入るが、

現在のノースショア、、、スティルスリーピング状態、、、

ノース気味の２〜３〜、海はぼよつき、天気はドヨ〜ンと雨／曇り、、、

挙げ句は夜の大雨で河口が切れ、赤土が海に流れ込み、部分部分で海はまっ茶色、、

波予報では、水曜の午後から３〜４〜までアップするというが、

週末のラージノースウエストスエルを待つのかな、、？

From tomorrow, World Cup, Vans’s waiting period’s gonna start but

North Shore is now in sleep…

Northerly 2~3~ and rainy partly cloudy…

Also, ocean is getting browny by the flowed river..

Wave forecast says that size will rise up to 3~4~ by Wednesday but

they may wait till the weekend’s north west swell.
