ゴージャスサンライズだったが、波はスモール〜〜
午後カミンアップ予報なので、午前はノーサーフ〜〜
Day 2 in J-Bay~~
Started off with a gorgeous sunrise but wave is small~
Wave will rise up from afternoon so no surf during morning~~
ジェイベイでカントリーフィーリングやファイアーワイアーを展開する、
ジェイベイの女帝・シャロンさんにご挨拶〜〜
J-Bay’s leading woman, Sharon who runs Fire Wire and country feelings.
ファイアワイアーで用意されていた6’2″の板をゲット〜〜
And got the 6’2″ board from Fire Wire~~
して、午後３時頃から急にサイズアップしてきたので、オニューのファイアーワイアーでパドルアウトのヒロミチさん〜
Size started to rise up from 3 pm so and Hiromichi-san paddled out with his new Fire Wire’s board~~

ファイアーワイアーの板を駆って、すこぶる調子の良さそうなヒロミチさん。
今日は何本もナイスライドを決め、暗くなるまで上がってこなかった〜

Making many slides and came out when the place got dark~~
ベイの向かいにはポートエリザベスに続くサンドデューンが続いている。
On the other side of the bay, sand dune is placed.

ウエスタンケープ・ランバーズベイでのコンテストからサウスアフリカ入りし、
そこから車でケープタウンを経由しジェイベイで数年に一度とも言われるエクセレントコンディションに当たり、
今度はジェイベイからダーバンへと走り、現在行われているサウスアフリカオープンに出場、
メンズ＆ジュニアに参戦後、再び陸路でジェイベイについさっき舞い戻ってきたという、仙台のオオタタクト。
丁度カミンアップの夕方セッションでは活きのいいサーフィンを披露してくれたぜ〜
Takuto Ohta got to South Africa from Western Cape and
encountered to a legendary excellent condition and
participated on South Africa Open.
After the competition, got to J-Bay and
showed us one fresh radical move~~

朝一は１〜２だった海が、夕方には３〜４〜でゴーインオ〜〜〜フ！！
明日の朝はもっとサイズアップ予報〜〜〜
Size was small during morning but waves went off from evening~~
Size is going to rise up from tomorrow morning~~
まだ時差ボケバリバリで、今朝は午前２時（日本時間の午前９時）には目が覚めちまい、
夕方にはもう眠くなるという悪循環、、、、
いよいよ暑くなってきた初夏の日本から、またまた冬に逆戻り〜〜（ワラ）
Still suffering from jet lag so woke on 2 am and
gets sleepy from evening…

QS１０００・サウスアフリカオープンは、ラウンドー４を消化し、
オオハラヒロト、イナバレオ、オオハシカイトは敗退し、
アライヒロト、キノカイトがラウンドー５へ勝ち進んだ。
ウーメンズは、タシロナギサ、ノロレイカはセミファイナルで敗れ、
ハワイのゾイマクドウゲルが優勝した。
On South Africa Open, finished up to Round 4,
Hiroto Ohara, Reo Inaba and Kaito Ohashi has lost and
Hiroto Arai & Kaito Kino won up to Round 5.
On Women’s division, Nagisa Tashiro and Reika Noro lost on Semi-Final and
Zoe McDougall won the game.
