本日のノースショア、ノーススエルでサイズアップして、１０〜１２〜
風はノースイーストからモアイーストにスイングし、
夕方のワイメアはオフショアでクリーンコンディションとなり、
１２〜１４のセットも来る様になった〜〜〜
Size went up to 10~12~ in Northshore by the north swell.
Wind swung to east from north east and
the condition got cleaner so there were
12~14ft sets coming into Waimea~~~~
Jo Azuchi
ノースのどこも良くないので、ナカムラリュウ＆マーに連れられ、
ビッグハレイワにチャージしたジョー君。
マーにして、この年齢にしては久々の逸材と言わしめた。
Jo came to this big Haleiwa with Ryu Nakamura & Mar and
started charging to these sets.
Mar was saying he’s still young but he has the potentiality to be better.
Taichi Wakita
ハレイワインターナショナルでは優勝を狙いに行ったタイチだったが、
フィニッシュのワイプアウトが目立ち、多くの課題を残した試合となった。
Taichi was aiming to win the Haleiwa International but
wiped out too much in the end so got to fix many parts for the next time.
Kaishu Tanaka with Taichi & Jo
ボーイズの良き兄貴分のカイシュウ。
ちょっと前まではタイチやジョーの様な少年だったのが、
今や日本を代表するプロサーファーのオーラを示している。
These boy’s big bro, Kaishu.
He was one kid like Taichi and Jo but
he’s now showing one aura like a Pro Surfer represnts Japan.
Taishi Kawabata
昨日、カワバタファミリーは帰国し、タイシだけハワイに残り、
またまたサンセットのマエダ家に舞い戻った〜
ハレイワはキッズ時代からやりこんできただけあって、波のセレクトに長けている。
Kawabata Family went back to Japan but Taishi’s staying so
he came back to Maeda’s house~~
He surfed in Haleiwa since he was a little kid so he’s good at selecting waves.

ノースがきつく、カレントの強かった今日のハレイワだが、
なんだかんだいいながらもグッドセッションになった〜〜〜
North swell was strong so current was strong in Haleiwa but
had a nice session today~~~
Masatoshi Ohno
ナーリーハレイワのビッグポケットで、
強烈なバックサイドリエントリーをかましたマー。
こんな太いトラックとパワーを持ち合わせる日本人は他にいない！！
Mar made a hard backside entry at Haleiwa’s gnarly big point.
No other Japanese has this kind of thick track and power!!
@ Waimea Bay
朝一は上げていたのか、イマイチブレイクしていなかったワイメアだったが、
ハレイワセッションを終え、ノースに戻ると、、、ワオ〜〜〜
風も良くなり、夕方にかけてサイズアップしてきたね〜〜〜
Waimea wasn’t breaking that much in the morning but
when we got back to the north,,, Wow~~~~
Winds good and size is rising~~~
