Sunrise @ Bells Beach  Victoria

アングレシーのキャラバンパークを午前６時半に出て、車で５分ちょいでベルズに到着。

ベルズのサウスサイドから入って行くと丁度こんなゴージャスな朝焼けが〜〜〜

5 minute drive to Bells Beach from the camp.

And this lovely gorgeous morning sunlight shows up~~

今日もトライアルデイ〜

Size rose up to 4~5~

Wind was onshore but weather was beautiful so

let’s get ready for the trial~~

セミー２に出場したアライヒロト。

ティムビッソ、オニーアンワーと対戦したがトップ通過ならず

ワイルドカードの夢は消えた、、、

Hiroto Arai surfed on Semi-2.

But couldn’t win the match so

he lost his chance to achieve the wild card…

カノアはラウンドー１／ヒートー３に出場予定。

After the trial, CT surfer started their free session~~

Kanoa is going to surf on Heat 3, Round 1.

ベルズの左隣に位置するウインキポップもややオンショアながら、

４〜６のラインアップを見せていた〜

The left side of Bells, Winki Pop was onshore as well but

4~6 ft~~~

トライアルには敗れたが、気持ちを切り替えてウインキセッションに望んだヒロト。

人も少なく、オンショアながらも波は上等〜

昨年のジェイベイセッション以来の最高セッションになったと超ストーク！！

今日はウインキで２ラウンド、５時間近くサーフドアウトした〜

Hiroto lost on the trial but refreshed his self and surfed on this Winki Pop session.

Not much surfers and condition was onshore but waves were lovely~~

Got even stoked that this condition’s so good like in last year’s J-Bay session!!

Surfed for 2 rounds, 5 hours at Winki Pop~~~

午前中は潮が満ちていて下には降りれなかったが、

午後潮が干いてからは崖の下のアングルに変え、

ウインキのクォリティの良さを目の当たりにした一日だった。

Tide was too high to go down the canyon in the morning but

went down and change the angle after tide got low.
