オフザだったりと、スケッチーなコンディションだった。
Size went up to 6~8~
Swell was mixed up so condition was pretty sketchy.

昨日ハワイに戻って来たシュンだが、いきなりマックスオフザドアにプルイン。
Shun just got back to Hawaii yesterday but pulled into this max over Off The Wall.

弟のレンも負けじとバックドアをチャージン〜
And Shun’s brother/ Ren was charging into Backdoor
Kosei Sawamura
折角良いパイプをゲットしたが、バレルセットした時、ノーズが上に向き、
このままハイラインとなり巻き上げられてしまった〜〜
Kosei got one good Pipe but his board’s nose looked upward so
got swiped along the board~~~
Kaishu Tanaka
朝一はグラッシー、そしてお決まりのヴァリアブルが吹き出し、
やがてコナに振り、オンショアとなって、一気にコンディションが乱れた。
Morning was glassy but after kona wind started to blow,
condition got damn sketchy.
Reo Inaba
思ったよりノースがきつく、パイプは肩の落ちたバレルとなってしまった。
North was too strong so barrels in Pipe were fuzzy.

やっぱ今日はオフザが一番ヒットしていて、ハードコアだったかな〜〜
Off The Wall was the best and hard core today~~

ダフイ／シュートアウトを行うには充分なサイズだったと思ったが、
コンテストはポストフォンされた。
The size was enough to start the Da Hui Shoot Out but
it was postponed.

朝一のまだ陽が照らし出される前にヤスタクがとらえたオフザのボンブ。
８フットテイクオフからエアードロップを強いられ、ギリギリのボトムをオフして、
ビッグポケットに包まれたが、メイクする事は出来なかった。
Takumi Yasui got this bomb set at Off The Wall in early morning.
Took off from top of the 8ft set so had to make an air drop
and got inside the big pocket but couldn’t make it.
Kaito Kawamata
スムースなアプローチが妙にパイプにフィットするカイト。
Kaito fits into Pipe with his smooth approach.
Jo Azuchi
ほとんどがダンパーの今日のバックドアの中でも、メイカブルな波をキャッチするジョー。
Jo was catching only the makable waves in today’s dumper session.
Taichi Wakita
小振りと思いきや、ボンブセットが来、ウエストと思いきやノースが来る、
シフティなパイプデイだった。
Waves were small one time but set comes sometimes as well.
What a shifty day.
Takayuki Wakita
しかしワキタだけは確実にパイプのセットをものにし、大好物のナゲッツを味わっていた。
But Wakita was catching the Pipe one by one and had fun with the nugget.
