台風５号・ノルーからの第一波がそろそろヒットしだしてくる予報なので、まずは大阪から四国へ〜

午前４時半に海部に到着したが、潮はパンパンに上げていて波もブレイクしていなかった。

日の出はまだで川風が涼しく、しばし車で仮眠、、、、

陽が上がり出すと急に暑くなり自然と目覚めてしまった。

再び波をチェックすると、朝一より潮が干き、若干波がブレイクするようになって来た。

徐々にサーファーも集まりだし午前１０時頃から撮影開始〜〜

胸〜肩レンジの中にたまに頭くらいのセットが来るファンサイズ。

やがて更に潮が干くと沖に溜まったサンドバーが露出しだし、スエルもプッシュしだして来た。

セットの波はゲボっと捲れあがりスーパースティープなテイクオフへと化して行った。

そして午前１１時半に来たこのドセット、ダブルアップしたバレルを捉えたのがニシユウジ。

ビハインドピークからスタンディングでねじ込むや、スクエアバレルに吸い込まれ、

絶妙のトリミングでパーフェクトなスピッツアウトを披露して見せた〜〜

Forecast says the 5th typhoon will give us a fun kind swell so drive down to Shikoku~~

Got to the place on 4 am but tide was too high to break.

Well, nothing to do so nap time in a cool atmosphere…

After the sun rose up, temperature started to get high and

waves were starting to break.

And surfers gathered up so

session time from 10 am~~

2~4 ft fun size.

After tide got low, sand bar started to show up and swell went pushing.

And a super hollow waves showed up.

got out perfectly with the spit~~

JPSA 第２戦目の伊豆で初優勝を果たし、現在ノリノリのニシユウジ。

明日からUSオープンのプロジュニアに参戦のためカリフォルニアへ旅立つ。
