Aaron , Joh & Kohl @ Tokushima Port

昨日のビッグウェイブセッションを終え、一旦高知市に戻り、明日の河口に備えたが、

台風が北東に振り始め、四国に向かってくる予報となり、急遽四国を脱出することにした。

朝一高知から徳島まで高速で爆走し徳島港へ〜

明日の南紀・ハルカのビッグウエイブの可能性も出て来たので、アズチジョーも徳島港で合流した〜

Went back to Kochi City and settled for the river mouth session but

typhoon swung to north east and started to come toward us so

decided to get out from Shikoku.

Drive through to Tokushima Port~~

午前８時発のフェリーに乗り、２時間の船旅で和歌山港へ〜

Hopped on to 8 am ferry and 2 hour boat trip to Wakayama~~

結局南紀・ハルカはスエルディレクションが合わずダメだったが、

和歌山岬でファンウエイブを楽しんで、台風が上陸する前日・８月６日の夜二人はハワイへ帰っていった〜

いや〜たった一週間のトリップだったが、動きに動きまくった濃縮された旅だった。

四国の河口とビッグウエイブ、そして和歌山のファンウエイブにめぐり逢えたことに感謝。

そして各エリアでのローカルサーファーのサポート、本当にありがとうございました。

Haruka didn’t wake up by the swell direction but

enjoyed the fun wave at Cape Wakayama and let Kohl & Aaron go back to

Hawaii on August 6th before the typhoon reaches to Osaka.

During this trip, we’ve traveled through out Shikoku in a short period.

Thank the nature for letting us surf in a wonderful river mouth and big waves.
