ビラボンパイプマスターズ本戦、デイー２はラウンドー２、ラウンドー３のヒート−１１まで消化。

ラウンドー２・ヒートー１２に出場したカノアは、キアヌアシンを相手に、

最後の最後で逆転に成功し、ラウンドー３へと勝ち上がった。

Finished up to Heat 11, Round 2 on Pipe Masters.

Kanoa defeated Keanu on Heat 12 and

got up to the 3rd round.

ラウンドー３ではジュリアンウイルソンとのマッチアップ。

カノアは小振りのチューブをメイクしポイントを稼ぐ一方、

ジュリアンは全くいい波を捉えることなく惨敗してしまい、

カノアはラウンドー４へと勝ち上がった。

Matched up with Julian on Round 3.

Scored slowly by catching some small barrels.

And Julian couldn’t show his strength and

Kanoa won up the round.

ラウンドー４・ヒートー４に出場するカノアの相手はケリースレーターと、

ジョディスミスかアルベルトリベロかになる。

ここでトップ通過を果たすとクォーターファイナルへ、

２位、３位だとラウンドー５、つまりルーザースラウンドに回ることになる。

今日はオールデイクリーンな３〜４〜５のバックドア・オフザデイだったが、明日はスモーラーの予報。

そしてウエイティングピリオドギリギリの明後日にまたサイズアップするというが、

明日にファイナルデイを持っていくのか、明後日まで待つのか？

Kanoa’s next competitor will be Kelly Slater, Jordy Smith or Alberto.

If he wins this round as a top ranker, he’ll move onto Quarter Final and other than that,

he’ll go to ROund 5.

Condition was beautiful today but size will go small tomorrow.

Size may rise up before the waiting period ends but

will they finish tomorrow or wait till the size gets huge?
