昨夜鳥取から京都・丹後へ一旦移動したが、今朝の丹後は一気にサイズダウンしちまい、
鳥取はむしろ昨日よりサイズアップしているとのことなので、再び猛ダッシュで鳥取へ戻った。
朝一のモードは無くなっていたが、波はスティルパンピンしていたので、再び鳥取セッション〜
そして俺らの到着から３時間くらい遅れて、カトウアラシ＆マツオカケイトがカシオの撮影で鳥取までやって来た〜
Moved onto Tango area but size went down and
heard that Tottori’s size is rising up so drove back immediately.
When we got there, waves were still pumping so
Tottori session again~~

真夏の日本海・鳥取デイズでした〜〜
アラシ＆ケイトは湘南・千葉へロングドライブバック、俺とサスケも帰阪、
すかす、帰途お盆の渋滞に巻き込まれてしもたわい〜トホホ、、、
Tottori days~~
Arashi & Keito drove back to Chiba and me & Sasuke going back to Osaka.
Japan is now in a holiday so got stuck in a traffic…
こうして台風５号・ノルーのスエルチェイシングは、７月２４日の海部から始まり、ショットガンを狙いに千葉へ走り、
突然コールとアーロンが来日するので千葉から帰阪、そのまま再び四国入りし、
高知の河口とビッグウエイブセッションをメイクし、今度は和歌山に移動。
台風が和歌山に上陸、日本海に抜けると、最後は鳥取セッションで幕を閉じた。
実に一つの台風で丸二週間日本中を動きまくったということだ。
勢力のある台風の割には思ったほど炸裂して来なかった、というのが正直今回の印象。
台風の中心の目のあたりは猛烈なパワーを持っていたが、台風独特の周りの大きな雲、強い風がなかったことが原因だろうか？
Our swell chase of 5th typhoon started off from Kafu and to Shot Gun, Chiba.
And got to Shikoku with Kohl & Aaron.
From there, we surfed at river mouth and got went back to Wakayama
and ended up at Tottori.
This typhoon had a power but swell never gone perfect.
I’m guessing that central part of the typhoon had the power but clouds around it blocked the wind.
更にコースも変わっていて、東から西へ、そして今度は普通ありえない南下、
そしてそこからパワーアップさせ北西へ、九州直撃か東シナ海に潜るのかと思えば、
最終的には太平洋側に振り、四国〜和歌山〜近畿に上陸し日本海へとゆっくり抜けていったわけだ。
天気予報もウエイブモデルも予想のつけにくい変則的で長生きした台風だった。
しばらくは台風もなさそうだし、お盆なのでしばし大阪デイズですじゃ。

And it’s direction was going random. Went south first but came back up again with much power.
Everyone thought it’ll just hit Kyushu area or go out to East China Sea but
it actually went up to Kinki region.
No one could of forecast this irregular typhoon.
And typhoon ain’t coming in for a while so Osaka days time!!
