ようやくタイフーンスエルが到来〜〜
目的のハルカにまでは達しなかったが、スエルに敏感なワイルドピークのセットは６プラス。
ワイルドなシチュエーションながら、天気も風も良く、ナイスな２セッションをメイクした。
Typhoon swell has arrived~~
Haruka didn’t pick up the swell but sets were around 6 +
Weather was good so had a nice double session.

サイズによってファースト、セカンド、サードリーフへとピークは移行していく。

Munetoyo Tanaka
久々南紀のビッグウエイブを求めて四国からやってきたヘルマン・タナカムネトヨ。
元々大阪の阪南で生まれ育ち、和歌山・磯の浦でサーフィンを育んできたムネトヨだけあって、
和歌山とは切っても切れない絆があるのだ。
Munetoyo Tanaka came all the way from Shikoku for the big wave.
He was raised in Osaka and grew up as a surfer at Isonoura so
the connection between Wakayama are inseparable.

These hard reefs gives a surfer a tough time to get out~

今日で３日連チャン大阪から南紀に通っているカネダキヨシ。
いくら高速が伸びて便利になったとはいえ、そのタフネスぶり、ダイハードには恐れ入る。
Kiyoshi Kaneda came to Nanki for 3 days straight.

ロケーション、アングル的にはジョーズ（ピアヒ）を彷彿させるワイルドピークのラインアップ。
This angle reminds me of the Jaws.
David Stant
ハワイアンビッグウエーバーのデビッドさんは、アメフトのコーチングに従事しているため、単身赴任で日本に住んでいる。
もちろん空いた時間は出来得るだけ大好きなサーフィンに費やしているが、
今回丁度仕事のオフデイズと台風のタイミングが合致し、
前々から行きたかったという南紀に一人でトリップしてきた〜
Hawaiian Big Waver, David works as a coach of american football so
he’s living in Japan by his self.
Of course, he surfs in his spare time and
typhoon swell came in on his off day so
drove down to Nanki by his self~~

朝一はクリーンコンディションでまだサイズも６フットくらいだったが、
徐々にサイズアップし、夕方再び風が良くなりだしてきた頃には８プラスのドセットもきだした〜
いよいよ明日はハルカサイズとなるかにゃ？
Size was around 6 ft but
size started to rise up to 8 +
Will the size go up to Haruka size tomorrow??
