本日のノース、フラット＆ウインディ〜
まだジェットラグで変な時間に寝ちゃったり、
夜中に目が覚めたりで、何だかボワンボワンしているが、用事でタウンへ〜
まずはケワロズをチェックすると、超ウインディーながらもオフショア〜
セットは胸くらいあり、先月のクラマス戦でプロに認定された、
ニシモトシスターズの妹／ジュリーちゃんが、ライトへ走って行くのが見えた。
ないないとは言え、なんだかんだサーフできるのもタウンの魅力とも言える。
Flat & windy in North Shore~~
Still suffering from the jet lag but
drive down to town~~
Kewalos was windy bu offshore~~
Sets were around 3ft and
saw Julie Nishimoto, who became the Pro from the competition in Keramas last month
going to the right.
Good thing that town is surfable pretty much all the time.

昨年のマエダマヒナに続き、メイドインハワイの日本人サーファー、
ニシモト姉妹の大活躍が見れた今年のクラマス戦。
特にジュリーちゃんの超深いボトムターンには驚かされた〜
マヒナはすでにWSLへのクォリファイ目指しているが、
今季のJPSAではニシモトシスターズの旋風が吹き荒れる事だろう。

Mahina is aiming to qualify to the WSL but
I could tell Nishimoto Sisters’s wind will blow through in this JPSA.

バリ取材の後、慌ただしくハワイに戻って来たのは、
このボウルズでの試合、ローカルモーション／サーフイントゥサマーのためだ。
QS／1000イベントながら、久々ボウルズにメジャーコンテストが戻って来た。
日本人サーファーのエントリーも多く、サウスショアサマーセッションを期待したい。
I came back to Hawaii really rapidly because there’s Surf into Summer
hled at Bowls. There’re ,many Japanese surfer’s applying to this competition so
let’s see how it’ll go.
